Under its drive of self-defence training undertaken from 1st to 14th August, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held an online series of lectures on stories of freedom invoking valour in an atmosphere that was full of bravery and patriotism!
Mumbai – Many revolutionaries sacrificed their lives for the freedom of ‘Bharatmata’. They gave everything that they had, exhibiting valour for freeing their motherland. Today’s condition, however, is that the history of revolutionaries, who gave everything for the freedom of their motherland, is not taught; the bravery shown by them is not taught to the children. We are not being taught the true gallant history in the past 74 years; therefore, once again attempts are made to divide this country. It is now time to awaken valour that has been present in Hindus for ages and regain the past glory of ‘Bharatmata’. Today’s young generation has completely succumbed to western culture. Let us, therefore, make a resolve to bring ‘Bharatmata’ in her original form and adorn her with the crown of Hindu Rashtra, was the appeal made by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) through a series of lectures on ‘Swatantryagatha Shauryajagruti Vyakhyan (awakening of valour through stories of India’s freedom)’ under its online self-defence program. The series of lectures was held from 1st to 14th August for paying homage to the freedom-fighters on the occasion of Independence Day. Efforts were made to sow a seed of patriotism through more than 100 lectures in Hindu youth who had joined the program online. More than 1700 people had joined these online lectures from Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka.
