Anti-superstitions Bill will be permanently quashed : Warns Shiv Sena MLA Anil Bhaiya Rathod

MLAs like Anil Bhaiya Rathod, brought up under tutelage of Shiv Sena Chief, are rays of hope for Hindus !

Nagar (Maharashtra) :The Congress Government has hung a sword over Hindus in the form of proposed anti-superstitions Bill. There are many serious problems faced by the people of this country like terrorism, naxalism etc; but the Government wants to overlook those problems and bring in this Act. We will force the Government to cancel it once for all. Even then, if the Front Government tries to pass this Act, people will overthrow the rulers. The above statement was made by Mr. Anil Bhaiya Rathod, a Shiv Sena MLA.

A press conference was held by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti at Nagar Library on 4th December in which Mr. Rathod was speaking. Mr. Anil Devrao of Bajarang Dal and Mr. Sunil Ghanavat of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti were present on the occasion. The press conference was attended by representatives of 9 newspapers. Mr. Sunil Ghanavat warned that in case the Government passed the anti-superstitions Act disregarding people’s strong opposition, it will have to face the consequences.

Representation submitted against anti-superstitions Act; passing of Act may lead to anarchy ! – Mr. Hanamantrao Pawar

Sangli (Maharashtra) : If the proposed anti-superstitions Bill is passed, many restrictions will be imposed on different customs and traditions followed in Hindu Dharma.The possibility of this Act imposing restrictions on even Warakasris cannot be ruled out. Passing of this Act may lead to anarchy; therefore, it should not be passed under any circumstances, warned Mr. Hanamantrao Pawar of Shri Shiv-pratishthan.

Ramakant Bongale Maharaj, the founder of ‘Sangali District Warakari Sampradaya Sanghatana’, Mr. Ashokrao More of ‘Hindu Ekata’, BJP’s President, Mr. Abhimanyu Bhosle and Prakash Londhe, Mr. Sachin Pawar, Shrikrushna Mali and Satish Swami of Sree Shiva-pratishthan, Mr. Prakash Gaikwad and Sanjay Waghavkar from ‘Sree Sampradaya’, Mr. Ankush Godse of ‘Bharatiya Gouvansh Raksha Sangh’, Mr. Ajit Patil of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Mr. Dattatreya Kulkarni of Sanatan Sanstha were present on the occasion amongst others.

Stop malpractices taking place on the occasion of 31st December

Owing to increasing influence of western culture, people have started celebrating New Year on 31st December instead of ‘Gudhi Padva’. Youth spend this night in drinking, drugs etc. At all main places of pilgrimage, temples and public places, prohibition should be imposed on smoking- drinking, feasting etc. With the help of police, patrolling squads can be deployed, youth engaged in such malpractices can be taken into custody, immediate action can be taken against rash drivers, awareness can be created about pollution due to crackers etc. If the above measures are undertaken by the administration, it will help in putting curb on malpractices. A representation to the above effect was also submitted by HJS.

No anti-superstitions Act ! – resolve all pro-Hindu organizations

Dombivali (Maharashtra) : In the office of ‘Chit-pavan Brahmin Sangh’, a meeting was organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) of all pro-Hindu organizations. All of them resolved that anti-superstitions Act would not be allowed to be passed during the forthcoming winter session of State Legislative Assembly. Representatives of Hindu Mahasabha, Gondvalekar Maharaj Aradhana Kendra, Shiv Sena, Granthraj Dnyaneshwari Sewa Pratishthan, Ganesha Mandir Sansthan, Hindi Bhashik Janata Parishad, Sanskrut Bharati, Purva Seema Vikas Pratishthan – Manipur State, Lashkar-e-Shivba, Sanatan Sanstha etc. attended the meeting, besides Mr. Parekar Guruji, a devout Hindu.

Mr. Mahesh Mulik of HJS said that ‘Hindus have no savior after Shiv Sena Chief Balasaheb Thackeray’s demise; therefore, we have to now unite and be ready for protection of Dharma. It was decided in the end to meet after every 15 days and start a signature drive against the proposed Act at various places’.

Anti-superstitions Act will not be passed ! – Shiv Sena MLA Mr. Rupesh Mhatre

Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) : Even now, we are going to oppose anti-superstitions Act. This Act will not be passed. I will take out zerox copies of representation and give it to all MLAs and tell them to oppose this Act, promised Shiv Sena MLA, Mr. Rupesh Mhatre from Bhiwandi. A delegation of Hindu Janajagruti Saamiti had recently called on him at his office submitting representation to him about opposing the above Act during winter session of Legislative Assembly when he made the above promise.

BJP opposes anti-superstitions Act ! – BJP MLA Mr. Sambhajirao Pawar

Sangli (Maharashtra) : BJP continues to oppose the proposed anti-superstitions Act. If this Act is presented in Assembly session, it will be strongly opposed, warned Mr. Sambhajirao Pawar BJP’s MLA, elected from Sangli and its Vice President. Mr. Ajit Patil of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti submitted a copy of representation to him when he expressed the above views. Another representation was also submitted demanding that administration should be given proper instructions for prevention of malpractices occurring during celebration of 31st December.

Pune : Representation given to MLAs, Mr. Girish Bapat and Mr. Chandrakant Mokate

Pane (Maharashtra) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti gave a representation to Mr. Girish Bapat, a BJP MLA and Mr. Chandrakant Mokate, Shiv Sena MLA for strongly opposing the proposed anti-superstitions Act which puts Hindus in the stand of accused. Mr. Bapat promised that things against Dharma will be opposed.
