‘Seeds of partition are once again being sown in Bharat’

Mumbai : Today in Bharat, we are known as Indians; seeds of partition are once again being sown in Bharat. We should oppose it with all our might and only if we do that, we can truly call ourselves as ‘Bharateeya’. The above views were expressed by H. H. Vishweshwaranandagiriji Maharaj of Mahamandaleshwar Aakhaadaa, Mumbai, during his guidance in the ‘Prerana Sabha’.
 
The organizations viz. ‘Sri Yoga Vedanta Samiti’ set up by H. H. Asaramji bapu and ‘Bharat Jagruti Abhiyan’ had held ‘Matru-Pitru Pujan’ Sankalp Sabha and convention of Saints to create awareness against ‘Valentine Day’ celebrated by people imitating western culture but which causes harm to Nation and Dharma. As a part of this meeting and Convention, the ‘Prerana Sabha’ was arranged. 20 Saints from various Sects and dignitaries participated in the meeting that was attended by 30,000 devotees.

Imitation of western culture is mental slavery ! – Mr. Abhay Vartak, spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha

In this meeting, Mr. Abhay Vartak, the spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha said, “Hindus are imitating western culture through different mediums which is a kind of mental slavery. If they celebrate ‘Matru-Pitru Din’ instead, it will help to strengthen Indian culture.”

Shri. Uddhav ji Maharaj Udgirkar, H.B.P. Rameshwar Shastri Maharaj, Pu. Kumar swamiji, Pu. Chinmayanand Bapu, Mr. GajendraChauhan who had enacted the role of ‘Dharmaraj’ in ‘Mahabharat’ serial telecast on ‘Doordarshan and Mr. Arun Govil, who had performed the role of ‘Srirama’ in the serial ‘Ramayana’  took part in the ‘sabha’. Child-seekers presented a short play on ‘Matru-Pitru Din’ creating awareness amongst people.
