If Swatantryaveer Savarkar’s thoughts had been put into practice, then there would have been no partition; on the contrary, India would have become a Vishwaguru! – Uday Mahurkar, Central Information Commissioner

The Inquisition in Goa is not mentioned in history. Many streets in Delhi are still named after the brutal Mughals. The name of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is mentioned only once in a 7th standard textbook of NCERT. Today, if a maulvi is appointed in a government-aided minority run school, his salary is paid by the government; however, despite the Hindu majority, the government does not allow the appointment of a pandit in a government-aided school. Swatantryaveer Savarkar was a visionary and an ‘icon’ of ‘national security’. If we had acted according to the thoughts of Swatantryaveer Savarkar, then there would have been no partition; on the contrary, India would have become a world leader (Vishwaguru). Failure to follow the views of Swatantryaveer Savarkar caused great loss to the country. Swatantryaveer Savarkar is accused of writing apology letters. Apologies are the Chanakya niti (strategem) adopted by Swatantryaveer Savarkar to achieve the main goal of establishing ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, who established ‘Hindavi’ Swarajya, has also written 5 apology letters during his tenure. In order to study the life of Swatantryaveer Savarkar anew, everyone should read the book ‘Veer Savarkar – The Man Who Could Have Prevented Partition’ and put his thoughts into practice.

Swatantryaveer Savarkar Rashtriya Smarak (Retired Director General of Police, Maharashtra)
Swatantryaveer Savarkar’s thoughts are worth emulating even today. Swatantryaveer Savarkar was a multi-faceted personality. If one starts studying the work of Swatantryaveer Savarkar, one will scarcely realise when one has become one with the thoughts of Savarkar. Inspired by the thoughts of Swatantryaveer Savarkar, many have done great things. Everyone should read the book ‘Veer Savarkar – The Man Who Could Have Prevented Partition’ and put Swatantryaveer Savarkar’s thoughts into practice.

It is now the responsibility of Hindus to materialise Swatantryaveer Savarkar’s dream of establishing ‘Hindu Rashtra’! – Chetan Rajhans, National Spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha.

Shri. Chetan Rajhans

Swatantryaveer Savarkar was a visionary leader. Even after 70 years, the thoughts of Swatantryaveer Savarkar are an ideological asset to the country. Swatantryaveer Savarkar had said, “If Indians want to live with self-respect, India should become a ‘Hindu Nation’. This is not possible today, but later ‘Hindu Rashtra’ will be established. I leave this responsibility to my next generation. Hence, the responsibility of establishing Hindu Rashtra rests on our shoulders. Hindus will gain new ideas and enthusiasm by reading the book ‘Veer Savarkar – The Man Who Could Have Prevented Partition’, and will be able to participate in the work of establishing ‘Hindu Rashtra’.

Message and blessings by Dharmabhushan P.P. Brahmeshanand Swami Maharaj for the event

The book ‘Veer Savarkar – The Man Who Could Have Prevented Partition’ authored by Central Information Commissioner Shri. Uday Mahurkar and co-authored by Shri. Chirayu Pandit will inspire many to work for the nation and Dharma. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has organized this book release ceremony and brought this issue to the notice of all. Today lessons which impart patriotic values have disappeared from the textbooks. It is frightening that the nation and Dharma are not given priority in the society. Shrikshetra Tapobhumi is working for the protection of the nation and DHarma. Today we should keep this flame of patriotism burning, asserted Dharmabhushan Brahmeshanand Swami Maharaj of Shrikshetra Tapobhumi. He had sent His blessings to the program through this letter which was read out.

Hindus should not forget Swatantryaveer Savarkar’s statement that I am a ‘Hindu unifier’! – Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Shri. Ramesh Shinde

Swatantryaveer Savarkar had once said ‘It is acceptable even if you forget my Marseilles leap; but don’t forget that I am a ‘Hindu unifier’. By accepting this idea, we have to carry forth Swatantryaveer Savarkar’s mission for Hindu Rashtra. It is often claimed that the spinning wheel (Charkha) brought independence to the country, then why did Goa, Daman and Diu get independence in 1961, many years after the country became independent? Let us all participate in Swatantryaveer Savarkar’s mission of ‘Hindu Rashtra’ to create an Akhand Bharat. Although Swatantryaveer Savarkar is not alive today, we have the wealth of his thoughts. Based on these thoughts, we can prevent further division of the country.
