Hindus express strong displeasure against Sushilkumar Shinde

Mumbai : Central Home Minister Shinde should render apology for the said statement, was the demand made by BJP activists demonstrating outside their Zonal office. About 150 workers took part in the demonstrations. It was written on the boards carried by them that ‘Hindu aur Bhagava (saffron) ka Apmaan, Nahi sahegaa Hindustan’, ‘Sushilkumar Shinde should render apology for calling BJP and RSS as terrorists’, ‘Sonia Gandhi should render apology’  etc. The activists also carried boards with matter written on them as ‘the Govt. that cannot protect its citizens, is useless; the Govt. which is useless, has to be changed’ etc. BJP activists were going to ‘Mantralaya’ to protest when some of the main activists were taken into custody by the police and were released after some time.    

Agitation of ‘Jode Maaraa ’ and burning effigy held at Sangli !

Sangli (Maharashtra) : At Maruti Chowk, demonstrations were held on behalf of various pro-Hindu organizations to protest against Sushilkumar Shinde. At 12.30 p.m., a symbolic effigy of Shinde was burnt after throwing footwear at the effigy. MLA, Mr. Sambhaji Pawar, Mr. Ashok Telang,Mr. Shrikant Shinde,Mr. Vishal Pawar, activists of RSS, VHP, Sree Shiva-pratishthan, Hindu Ekata Andolan, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Sanatan Sanstha, Gou-raksha Samiti and Krantiveer Babarao Savarkar Pratishthan as also their office bearers participated in large number.

Comments during demonstrations .

1. Mrs. Madhura Tophkhane (Sanatan Sanstha) : Congress Government is harassing seekers of Sanatan Sanstha since it is against Hinduism.
2. Omkar Shukla (BJP) : Those, who consider saying ‘Vande Mataram’ and ‘Bharatmata ki jai’ as traitors, should be taught a lesson.
3. Pruthviraj Pawar (BJP) : Congress  does not say anything against Kasab and Owaisi for Muslim votes; but treats Sanatan Sanstha, which is engaged in imparting ‘Dharma-shikshan’, as anti-national.   
4. Shekhar Inamdar (BJP) : Congressmen are busy only in licking feet of Gandhi family. In fact, the Congress is breathing its last.

Effigy burnt at Kolhapur !

Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : BJP held demonstrations at Shivaji Chowk on Thursday at 1.30 p.m. when effigy of Sushikumar Shinde was burnt. BJP activists viz. Mr. Vijay Jadhav,Mr. Santosh Bhivate,Mr. Sandip Desai,Mr. Devendra Jondhale (Municipal councilor),Mr. Subhash Ramgude,Mr. R. D. Patil, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s Mr. Madhukar Nazare, Shivanand Swami and Hindu Yuva Pratishthan’s Mr. Ashok Desai took part in the demonstrations along with other devout Hindus.

Views expressed by pro-Hindu activists

1. Mr. Rahul Chikode (District Vice President-BJP) :  Sushilkumar Shinde should be ousted from the post of Home Minister !
2. Mr. Mahesh Jadhav (District President-BJP) : Sushilkumar Shinde, Central Finance Minister, P Chidambaram and Congress spokesperson Digvijay Singh are not concerned about welfare of people.
3. Mr. Ashok Desai (Hindu Yuva Pratishthan) : By making anti-Hindu statements, Sushilkumar Shinde has created conducive atmosphere for terrorists.
4. Mr. Shivanand Swami (HJS) : Sushilkumar Shinde’s statement is irresponsible insulting 100 crores Hindus.

Hundreds of devout Hindus throw footwear at effigy of Shinde !

Parbhani (Maharashtra) :  A board on which it was written as ‘Hindu-hater’, was tied around the neck of an effigy of Shinde as a mark of protest. This effigy was also hit with footwear by hundreds of devout Hindus in ‘Kranti Chowk’ staging demonstrations. A representation demanding that Sushilkumar Shinde should render apology to all Hindus, was submitted to the Tehsildar and Police Inspector. Mr. Jaisingh Shelke, the taluka-President of Yuva Sena, Mr. Pramod Shere, Mr. Neeraj Loya, Mr. Avadhoot,Mr. Hitesh Patil and Mr. Krushna Kate of HJS were present on the occasion.
