HJS activists meet and congratulate Karnataka Minister for preventing denigration of Deities

Udupi (Karanataka) : Shri. Kota Shrinivas Poojary, Muzarai Minister for Karnataka State said that Pro-Hindu organizations, like RSS, Bajarang Dal, Hindu Jagaran Vedike, Sanatan Sanstha etc. should try to resolve their differences and work together. Activists of Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) met and congratulated him for his decision to prevent denigration of Deities. During discussions, Shri. Poojary expressed the above views.

HJS has been carrying out a drive against denigration of Hindu Deities and great national heroes. A representation on the above issue was given to Shri. Poojary. He had taken immediate action on the representation. He said in this regard that ….

1. He was trying to bring a law for prevention of denigrating of Deities.
2. Cheating taking place in the name of faith should be stopped. He was also thinking of making a law against ‘Mantra-tantra’.
3. Efforts will be made to stop insult of national flag.
4. Efforts will be made to put ‘Sanatan Pachang’ in the temples coming under the jurisdiction of the Government.
5. All ‘Devsthanas’ will be made subscribers of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’.
6. When requested to visit the ‘seva-kendra’ at Mangaluru, he said, “I will get the law passed against denigration of Deities in the month of February and then I’ll come.”    
7. He was also requested to extend cooperation for the agitation to be staged all over the State by HJS against the University being set up in the name of anti-Hindu Tipu Sultan. 

Shri.  Vishwanath Nayak, Shri. Ramesh Peltturu, Shri. Subbanna Nayak and Shri.  Babu Rai of HJS were present on this occasion.
