1. Shri. Mutalik, while addressing the media, said that this is not Talibani rule where rioters with swords and axes can run amok, we have a Constitution here. Harsha is the 25th Hindu activist to be murdered in Karnataka. The culprits should be punished within a month without dragging this case for years.
2. Shri. Mohan Gowda said that after the hijab case, Hindu activists received death threats. Today, despite the hijab case being in court, organizations of religious fanatics are carrying out acts against the law. Congress leader Mukarram Khan is making provocative statements about hijab. They do not trust the court. Such people should be arrested immediately.
The demands in the memorandum
1. Social Democratic Party of India, Popular Front of India, Campus Front of India should be banned and their leaders should be imprisoned.
2. The family of the deceased Harsha should be compensated Rs 25 lakh.
3. Hindu activists and Hindu leaders should be accorded adequate protection.
