Alibaug (Maharashtra) : Chhattisgarh Government has imposed ban on ‘Valentine Day’ and has started celebration of ‘Matru-Pitru pujan Divas (day to perform ‘puja’ of parents)’. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has also undertaken movement against celebration of Valentine Day. Pro-Hindu organizations, organizations engaged in protection of Indian culture, pro-Hindu and social activists can join this movement. All young generation should follow Indian culture rather than imitating western culture, appealed Mrs.Vishakha Athavale of HJS and Mr. Shrikrushna Upadhye of Sanatan Sanstha in the press conference held here. Ten correspondents attended this press conference. The press conference was held as a part of HJS movement opposing Valentine Day.

2. One journalist tried to learn about the problem of ‘love jihad’ and bought a book on the said topic; besides showing readiness to create awareness through his daily newspaper.
3. All journalists reacted positively and showed interest in cooperating in HJS movement for its success.
