Dombivali (Maharashtra) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held lecture at Pragati College in Dombivali (E) and at Agricultural College at Murbad to create awareness on Valentine Day. Mr. Vikrant Phanasekar, Mrs. Vedika Palan and Mr. Samir Nibre of HJS at Dombivali and Mr. Mahesh Mulik at Murbad explained the subject to students.
Awareness created amongst youth at Ghatkopar
Ghatkopar : At Ghatkopar (W) railway station, HJS activists explained the subject to young men and women on ‘Valentine Day’ between 5.00 and 7.00 p.m. Mr. Satish Sonar, Mr. Sunil Kadam and Mr. Chandrakant Bhadirke of HJS presented their views.
Highlights
1. Signatures were obtained on the representation against celebration of Valentine Day on which 825 youth signed spontaneously.
2. Mr. A. K. Mahajan from ‘UNI’ news agency and Mr. Umesh Parab of ‘Vruttamudra’ took photographs of demonstrations and promised to publish relevant news.
