Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s ‘Hindu Rashtra Sampark Abhiyan’ held at Agra

Spiritual practice complements the work we do, so practice spirituality and motivate others too! – Sadguru Dr. Charudatta Pingale, National Guide, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Agra (Uttar Pradesh) – In the present situation, the work of Sanatan Dharma is taking place in many places; But due to lack of spiritual strength, the expected result is not achieved. Spiritual practice awakens divinity within us and God makes us a medium to work for Dharma. Therefore, even with low manpower and limited capacities it is possible to achieve a lot. This is why we should practice spirituality and motivate others to do so too, said Sadguru Dr. Charudatta Pingale, National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. He was speaking to the vice president of the Agra Development Authority here, Dr. Rajendar Pensiya (IAS – Indian Administrative Service). He paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Pensiya’s home as a part of the ‘Hindu Rashtra Sampark Abhiyan’. At this time Dr. Pensiya’s parents, as well as the Delhi coordinator of the HJS, Shri. Kartik Salunke were also present.

At this time Sadguru Dr. Charudatta Pingale discussed ‘The importance of ethics, Dharmacharan and what are the benefits of spiritual pracice?’ with them. Dr. Pensiya curiously learned about these aspects. He appreciated the fact that modern scientific tools can also be utlised to educate the masses on the benefits of spiritual practice.

Dr. Rajendar Pensiya sought guidance on practicing Dharma

In his official residence, Dr. Pensiya has built a small temple to Shiva which contains idols of Lord Shiva and other deities. In that temple, Dr. Pensiya regularly performs pooja and sadhana. Dr. Pensiya has also reared 3 native cows at his residence. He conducts Yajnas regularly. Therefore, the atmosphere in the government residence was also very sattvik. During this visit, Dr. Pensiya asked Sadguru Dr. Pingale on what he can do to contribute to Sanatan Dharma.

Highlights

After meeting Sadguru Dr. Pingale, Dr. Pensiya paid obeisance to Him by bowing low. While Sadguru Dr. Pingale was leaving, Dr. Pensiya once again bowed to him outside the house in front of all the staff. From this we got to learn the virtues of his bhav towards Saints, humility and learning attitude.
