About 800 devout Hindus attended the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha at Karimnagar (AP)

 

Karimnagar (AP) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for the first time held ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha (sabha)’ here on 24th February.About 800 devout Hindus attended the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha giving positive response. Mr. Bharatkumar Sharma of ‘Hindva Sanskruti’ periodical, Mr. Appala Prasad, the spokesperson of ‘Swadeshi Jagaran Manch’ for AP and Karnataka states, Mr. Chetan Janardan, the Coordinator of HJS for Andhra Pradesh and Mrs. Vinuta Shetty of its ‘Ranaragini’ branch guided members of audience. Mr. Bandi Sanjay, the municipal councilor of BJP, Mr. Gampa Ramesh of VHP, Mr. D. Vinod of ‘Sundar Satsang’ and Dr. Raghuraman, a social activist were also present on the occasion.

Mr. Appala Prasad said, “Hindu culture is still in existence despite invasions by foreigners for past 1000 years because of Hindus’ abiding by Dharma to some extent. HJS is giving us an opportunity to protect this country and Dharma. We should take advantage of this chance.”

Mr. Chetan Janardan said, “Every Hindu and Hindu organization working for establishment of Hindu Nation, is going to be their ‘sadhana (spiritual practice)’. Every system adopted in Hindu Nation, is going to be ideal as it will be based on Dharma; therefore, we will have to unite now and start working towards the goal of establishment of Hindu Nation.”

Mrs. Vinuta Shetty said that women should learn self-defence for own safety.

Highlights

1. Mr. Bandi Sanjay called up 200 acquaintances and invited them to attend the meeting; also bus service was provided to bring them to the venue.

2. Few devout Hindus made offerings for display of ‘Dharma-shikshan’ boards in 50 temples.

3. Sponsors were found for printing of handbills distributed on the occasion of festivals celebrated during the year.

4. Twenty youth showed interest in arranging such ‘sabha’ at ‘Velichala’ village.
