Issue of BSP’s MP Barq’s anti-national statements

Dombivali (Maharashtra) : ‘Vande Mataram’ is against Islam and Islam does not allow to say ‘Vande Mataram’; therefore, I am deliberately boycotting it’. The above anti-national statement was made by MP Shafiqur Rahman Barq of BSP from Uttar Pradesh. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) recently undertook signature drive near Dombivali (W) railway station, to protest against Barq. The area was resonating with slogans like ‘Vande Mataram’, ‘Bharatmate cha Vijay Aso’, ‘Is Desh mein Rehana Hoga, to Vande Mataram Kehna Hoga’ etc. More than 1000 patriotic citizens signed the representation.
Highlights :
1. One patriotic citizen said that nobody tries to create awareness about national matters; HJS drive was very good. When HJS activists informed him about articles published in ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ related to protection of nation and Dharma, he immediately agreed to subscribe to the newspaper.
2. One devout Hindu said, “The fight should not stop after signature drive; but all should unite against such act. Let us give fight together.”
