Second ‘All India Hindu Convention’ that is being held in Ponda, Goa, from 6th to 10th June is endowed with the blessings of Shankaracharya Swami Shri Jayendra Saraswati of Kanchi Kamkoti Pith. On the backdrop of this Convention, State Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for Tamil Nadu Mrs. Uma Ravichandran and Shri. P. Prabhakaran met Shankaracharya. On this occasion, He was felicitated by presenting Him with a shawl, coconut, and fruits. Afterwards, Mrs. Ravichandran briefed Shankaracharya about the proposed Convention. Later, Shankaracharya glanced through the souvenir published on the occasion of the first ‘All India Hindu Convention’. He was apprised of the agenda of the second Convention. He said the mission to protect the culture of Hindu Dharma deserves my best wishes, and promptly prepared a letter of blessings through His followers and handed it over to the attending seekers.

In His auspicious message Shankaracharya says, “I am pleased to note that devout Hindu organisations in Bharat and overseas are participating in this Convention organised with the objective of establishing the Hindu Nation. My wholehearted blessings to this Convention ! The programme undertaken for the propagation of Hindu culture is welcome and laudable. I pray that with the grace and blessings of Shri Mahatripurasundari Sametha Shri Chandramoleshwar Swami, this Hindu Convention be celebrated on a grand scale, let there be awakening among Hindus and let them get united.”

The Hindu Convention can now be watched on the Android handsets and tablets

The second ‘All India Hindu Convention’ that has aroused the curiosity of among Hindus in Bharat and overseas, is going to be telecast live on the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s website www.hindujagruti.org/summit. The proceedings of this Convention can now be watched live 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., 2.15 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., and 5.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. on 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th and 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on the 8th. This Conventions can now be watched on the Android handsets and tablets too. The main topics of discussion during the Convention will be the social, national and Dharma-related perils faced by Hindus. So also, as a remedial measure on these perils a common programme is going to be decided. 250 dignitaries from 22 states in Bharat and countries of Nepal, Shri Lanka, Malaysia are going to attend the Convention.
