Denpasar (Indonesia) : World Hindu Parisad (WHP) organization will replace World Hindu Federation (WHF) to unite all Hindu worshippers across the globe at the World Hindu Summit (WHS), to be held on June 13 to 16 at the Art Center in Denpasar.
Chief of Indonesian Hindu Council Parisad (PHDI) Headquarters, Major General Sang Nyoman Suwisma, said the existence of WHP was decided during the 2012 WHS.
"We will approve of the basic budget, determine the working program, and determine the officials," she said yesterday.
One of the agendas during the WHS summit will also include recommending Bali as the Hindu central of the world and the formation of a working committee headed by Udayana University Rector Made Bhakta.
