Kerala Court dismisses case against ‘Sanatan Notebook’ with picture of Shivaji Maharaj

Fanatic complainant’s fuss over the notebook creating communal rift is exposed !

Manjeshwar (Kerala) : A case filed against Sanatan’s note book with picture and writings about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj claiming that it was likely to cause communal rift, has been dismissed by Court at Kasargod, Kerala. The Court has stated while dismissing the case that it was a complaint lodged with political motive and has no truth in it.

1. In 2006, Shri. B. V. Suresh Majirpalla distributed Sanatan notebooks for free, in the memory of his mother, to students of Kodal Mogru Sri Vani Vijay School.

2. A complaint was lodged by Siddiqui, a resident of Dharmanagar with Manjeshwar Police Station accusing that it was a ploy to create communal rift through the distribution of these note books and disturb peace. (Sanatan notebooks are being distributed in whole country for the past few years; but nowhere such incident of causing communal disharmony has taken place due to these notebooks; even then, fanatics are deliberately indulging in such activities to oppose great Hindu national leaders. 3. Therefore, Suresh was arrested by the police. (Police are prompt in taking action on the complaint lodged by fanatics but take no action when Hindus lodge complaint against fanatics ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

4. He was sent to judicial custody for ten days. (Shri. Suresh was upset due to such punishment. Who is going to reimburse for the mental tension caused to him ? Hindus should try for getting justice with unity ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

5. The hearing of the case went on for 7 years and finally, the Court dismissed the case. (In Hindu Rashtra, people will get speedy justice! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
