‘Gou-rakshak’ Shailendra Dixit implicated in a case of attempt to murder !

Jyeshtha Shuklapaksha 9, Kaliyug Varsha 5115

Hindus should raise their voice, in lawful manner and with unity, against such Mughal regime of police !

Pune (Maharashtra) : Under false charges of attempt to kill butchers, who were transporting cows in illegal manner, Shri. Shailendra Dixit, ‘Gou-rakshak (protector of cow)’ from ‘Akhil Bharatiya Krushi Gou-seva Sangh’ was arrested by the police on 14th June along with Shri. Arvind Warule, Shivashankar Swami and Neelesh Vairat, the other activists. They have not yet been released. (This is the condition of ‘Gou-rakshaks’ in the regime of Congress-NCP! Look at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj who took care and preserved cows and cattle whereas today’s police and rulers are implicating ‘Gou-rakshaks’ in false cases of murder ! Hindu Rashtra can only change this situation ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Shri. Milind Ekbote, the President of ‘Samasta Hindu Aghadi’ held a press conference and gave warning that all protectors of cow and pro-Hindu organisations will unite to stage agitation if the spiteful action taken against honest cow-protectors, is not withdrawn. Shri. Mahesh Pawale of Raje Shivaraya Pratishthan, Shri. Pratik Mohite of MNS, Shri. Nitin Jadhav of ‘Hindvi Swarajya Pratishthan’ and parents of Shri. Shailendra Dixit were present on the occasion.

Shri. Milind Ekbote said in the press conference that  :

1. Truck illegally transporting cow / cattle for slaughtering was held in the night of 13th June near Vadgaon Police Station.

2. Fanatic driver did not stop the truck although the ‘Gou-rakshaks’ asked him to stop and in fact, the driver tried to ram the vehicle in them.

3. A complaint was lodged with Koregaon Park Police Station about the so-called brawl which took place at that time. It has been mentioned in FIR that the butcher was attacked with chopper; but how he reached Koregaon is beyond understanding.

4. Police did not find any weapon on the ‘Gou-rakshaks’.

5. In terms of ‘Maharashtra Animal Protection Act’, a person who protects cow, is considered as  Government servant and no case can be filed against him; but Pune police have adopted oppressing policy for Hindus by favouring the butcher making false charges . (This is another incident showing favouritism of police that they show law only to pro-Hindu ‘Gou-rakshaks’ and activists ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Case filed against ‘Gou-rakshaks’ means misuse of law for repression ! – Milind Ekbote

Shri. Milind Ekbote said that Shri. Shailendra Dixit had taken initiative in forcing Pune Municipal Corporation to demolish unauthorised mosque, few months ago. Now, out of spite and for appeasement of fanatics, Congress and NCP leaders are pressurizing the police for such anti-Hindu action. When slaughtering of cows is an offence under the law, corrupt police have never protected cows on their own; moreover, they have always been indifferent towards ‘Gou-rakshaks’ bringing butchers and cows/ cattle to police station. Now, by filing false cases against ‘Gou-rakshaks’, it is the ploy of police to demoralise the movement of protection of cows. This wrong deed is misuse of power and law by the police for repression.
