Hindus from Kashmir, Meghalaya and Nagaland should be given special minority status! – Poojya Ratnadeepak Vijayji Maharaj, Vishwa Hindu Saint Mahasabha
|
Mumbai – Since independence of this country, minority population has been extended various facilities and welfare schemes. Today, although they have crossed the limit of such minority status, the status has not been withdrawn. In States like Kashmir, Meghalaya and Nagaland, Hindus are in minority; but why they are not given such facilities by giving them the status of minority? BJP and RSS have only played politics of ‘Hinduttva’; used the issue of Ram-janmabhoomi for financial gains. BJP Government also did not give minority status to Hindus. Poojya Ratnadeepak Vijayji Maharaj alias Adbhut Babaji, the national President of Vishwa Hindu Saint Mahasabha recently made the above demands that special minority status should be given to Hindus, they should get back their basic rights and Hindu Rashtra should be re-established.
In a press conference held at Press Club in Mumbai, he made the above demands. Regional Vice President of Hindu Mahasabha, advocate Govind Gandhi, spokesperson Shri. Dinesh Bhogale, Treasurer, Shri. Mahesh Sawant-Patel, Shri. Pramod Joshi etc. were the other dignitaries present on this occasion. In a huge public meeting held on 1st June 2013 at Pune, announcement of re-establishment of Vishwa Hindu Saint Mahasabha was made. Through the medium of ‘Mahasabha’, various drives will be undertaken like unification of all Saints and religious leaders from all over the world, to obtain facilities and protection for them, propagation of Dharma through Dharmacharyas, organising gathering of Sadhus-Saints in different States, prevent taking over management of temples by the Government, to release many temples like Sriram Janma-bhoomi, Srikrushna janma-bhoomi, Sri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, prevent cow-slaughter, prevent conversion of Hindus etc.
