Anticipatory bail granted to Vice President of BJP, Kalyan : Issue of displaying board making appeal to people for making a resolve for Hindu Rashtra !

Kalyan (Dist. Thane, Maharashtra) : Dr. Upendra Dahake, the Vice President of BJP for the city, had put up a board making an appeal to pro-Hindu activists for making a resolve for establishment of Hindu Rashtra and elect pro-Hindu Government at the Centre. The board was removed by the police in the name of its creating communal rift amongst people. (Muslims issue ‘fatwa’ for attacking Hindus; but Congress Government has never so promptly taken any action against them. Congress rulers, who are threatening only Hindus of legal repercussions, are anti-Hindus ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Police were making arrangements for arrests; on which Dr. Upendra Dahake had applied to Kalyan Sessions Court for anticipatory bail. Dr. Dahake has been granted such bail on Friday.

Dr. Dahake was extended special assistance by Shri. Narendra Pawar, the District President of BJP for Kalyan, Shri. Parag Teli, advocate Saurabh Patwardhan of Bajarang Dal and BJP Youth wing’s Shri. Nikhil Chavan. Advocate Yogesh Kulkarni looked after the judicial process.

Case filed against BJP’s Vice President for Kalyan city under creating communal disharmony !

Have police ever dared to do such thing in
case of followers of other religions ? Such police will be
stringently punished in Hindu Rashtra as per the then prevailing laws ! 

This is the board put up by BJP in Kalyan city and which was removed by the police !

Kalyan (Thane District) : Dr. Upendra Dahake, the Vice President of BJP for Kalyan city and a reader of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’, has prepared a board on which matter related to harm caused to the nation during the past 66 years has been written and the board was put up in Adharwadi area. Police Sub-Inspector V. N. Khedekar of ‘Bazarpeth Police Station’ filed a case under Sect. 153 (b) and 153 (c) of Criminal Procedure Code for creating communal disharmony through the medium of this Board and removed that Board. (Why Congress Government is imposing ban on open exhibition of problems faced by this country? Had Congress Government acted so promptly when Muslims had issued ‘fatwa’ for attacking Hindus? In 1990, when terrorists had put up posters all over Kashmir for killing Hindus, it was never heard that Congress Government had promptly removed those Boards. Hindus are thus constantly throttled under Democratic rule, therefore, there is no alternative to establish Hindu Rashtra ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Information written on the Board

India’s map has been drawn on the Board in which various problems faced by the country like terrorism, corruption, poverty, cow-slaughter, infiltration, riots, bomb blasts, naxalism, molestation of women, conversions, breaking of idols, love jihad etc. have been shown. It is written under this matter that ‘If we want to save Bharatmata from such repression, let us resolve to establish Hindu Rashtra. Let us elect pro-Hindu Government on the throne of Delhi.’ On top of the Board, ‘Jayatu Jayatu Hindu Rashtram’ has also been written.  

Police called Dr. Dahake to the police station in this context when Shri. Narendra Pawar, the District President of BJP for Kalyan also went with him. Senior Police Inspector Patil said, ‘Such matter can create rift between two religions; therefore, a case has been filed against Dr. Dahake. (Why do police refer to it as two religions? How will the Police, who are scared to even say the word ‘Muslim’, fight with terrorists? Has the Congress Govt. imposing ban on display of pictures portraying slaying of Afzal Khan and ‘love jihad’, forgotten the incidents of Bhiwandi against police and riots at Azad Maidan? Those, who cannot bear the concept of establishment of Hindu Rashtra, are free to go to Pakistan !  – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Shri. Narendra Pawar asked the police that what was wrong in the matter written on the Board? This is the situation everywhere in the country. If we are not allowed to say ‘Hinduttva’ in this country, should we go and live in Pakistan ? (Hindus, who don’t tolerate insult of ‘Hinduttva’ and giving a call for establishment of Hindu Rashtra, are needed everywhere in this country ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Dr. Dahake said to the police officer that when Congress MP Husain Dalwai and Dr. Zakir Naik make objectionable statements against Hindu Deities; no case is filed against them; but when Hindus talk about ‘Hinduttva’,  a case is immediately filed which is ridiculous.
