CM to be ‘gheraoed’ on ‘Ashadhi Ekadashi’ if ban on cow-slaughter not implemented!

  • Warakaris, pursuing the issue of ban on cow-slaughter, are the true strength of Hindu Dharma !

  • Will the powerful pro-Hindu organizations learn something from Warakaris who raise voice against attacks on Hindu Dharma ?

Pune – Warakaris have been following up the issue of ban on cow-slaughter since 1995; but there has been unpardonable dilly-dallying by the Government which is only promising to study the matter or set up committee, prepare report etc. The Government should invite Warakaris for discussions and take some concrete action by 7th July or they would ‘gherao’ the Chief Minister after ‘puja’ of Sri Vitthal on the day of Ashadhi Ekadashi. The above warning was given by Warakaris. Santveer H.B.P. Bandatatya Karadkar, H.B.P. Rameshwar Shastri, the President of Warakari Prabodhan Samiti, H. B. P. Prakash Maharaj Javanjal, the President of Warakari Mahamandal, H.B.P. Narahari Maharaj Chaudhary, its Secretary, H.B.P. Shekhar Maharaj Kute, the Treasurer of ‘Jagatik Warakari Shikhar Parishada’ etc. were present on the occasion.

Warakaris oppose anti-superstitions Act !

The Chief Minister had stated that Government coordination committee should not be set up for anti-superstitions Act; but he did not keep the promise. The draft of this Act has not yet been received by Warakaris. The Government should take into account views of Warakaris before passing this Act, stated H.B.P. Prakash Maharaj Javanjal. The Government which took action against Warakaris for singing ‘Bharud’ of Saint Chokhamela, under Atrocities Act, will misuse the anti-superstitions Act. The rulers are only trying to create anarchy by passing such Act. Since this Act will be like ‘speed-breaker’ to Warakaris; they are opposing this Act, stated H.B.P Rameshwar Shastri.
