Bhagyanagar (Telangana) : Every group needs leadership to provide direction. Especially, during emergencies, when the society is in disarry, it is necessary for social organizations to assume leadership. To develop this leadership, it is necessary to have a spiritual level along with physical, mental, intellectual and political quotients, said Mr Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.
He was speaking at a ‘Leadership Development Workshop’ organized at Jain Bhavan in Rajkot from July 30 to August 1. This workshop has been organized by the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. In this workshop, guidance was provided on topics such as leadership development, decision-making ability, planning ability, etc. Telangana and Andhra Pradesh coordinator of the Samiti Mr Chetan Gadi also spoke to the attendees about various activities related to Nation & Dharma.
