Muzaffarpur (Bihar) : Presently every individual is under tremendous stress and teachers are not exceptions. However, remedies to obtain relief from tension are all temporary. Hence to be Blissful, spiritual practice (sadhana) is the best remedy. When we start chanting as spiritual practice then the stress in the mind decreases slowly and one starts experiencing Bliss, said HJS’ Dharmapracharak Sadguru Neelesh Singbal. A lecture on ‘Need for spiritual practice for stress-relief’ was organised in the famous ‘Asian School’ in Brahmapura here. He was guiding the 40 teachers who attended the lecture.
