Protest: Hindus will beg for funding anti-Hindu Govt.!

Thane: A meeting was organized on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Vitthal Sayanna Sree Datta temple to decide further course of action to fight against the proposed ‘taking over management of temples Act’. Shri. Anil More, the Dharma-rakhsa chief of Bajarang Dal suggested to start a ‘Begging’ campaign; under which, all the coins collected by way of alms will be sent to the State Government in gunny bags and the State Government will be warned to not grab temple funds.

An appeal was made to all Hindus to participate in a meeting to be held at Kamagar Maidan, Parel on 11 th March. Representatives and trustees of many temples and Hindu organizations, Bajarang Dal, RSS and Sanatan Sanstha attended the meeting.
