Issue of anti-Hindu play titled ‘Shivaji underground in Bhimnagar Mohalla’
Will the rulers try to understand what Hindus want to say through slogans and put curb on anti-Hindu dramatists ?

Nashik (Maharashtra) – Anti-Hindu Marathi play directed by Nandu Madhav titled ‘Shivaji underground in Bhimnagar Mohalla’ has disgraceful criticism against Brahmins and distortion of history. It also claims that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was a secularist . Pro-Hindu activists protested against the above play. (How can Censor Board grant permission to such plays ? Will the Board give permission to plays where religious sentiments of Muslims or Christians are hurt? And even if such permission was granted, would non-Hindus allow staging even a single show of such play ? Pro-Hindu activists gave a representation to police to stop show of this play but police paid no heed. (As anti-Hindu activities are going on with the blessings of the Government and Hindus are tolerant, police avoid taking action ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) The organizers invited 5 pro-Hindu activists to watch this play. When they saw distortion of history and criticism against Brahmins, they started raising slogans during the play resonating the whole theatre. (Congratulations to pro-Hindu activists who registered their protest against controversial dialogues by raising slogans ! 1. The show of the play was organized at Kalidas Theatre on 27th July. (Those organizing anti-Hindu plays, are also anti-Hindus ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
2. A representation was submitted by Parashuram Jayanti Utsav Samiti, Hindu Ekta Andolan, Purohit Sangh and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti to Police Commissioner Kulawantkumar Sarangal demanding cancellation of the show as there is anti-Hindu criticism and distortion of history in the said play. (Devout Hindus register their protest in lawful manner whereas non-Hindus come on roads for registering protest ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) He said that the show cannot be cancelled as it has obtained certificate from Censor Board. 3. Pro-Hindu activists met the organizers and demanded to cancel the play and see the script.
4. Nandu Madhav refused to give script of the play.
5. Devout Hindus, therefore, staged demonstration; then, organizers allowed 5 devout Hindus to see the play. (Congratulations to devout Hindus for showing perseverance in getting the show cancelled ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
6. As the controversial dialogues started, the 5 devout Hindus started raising slogans when police forced them to keep quiet. (Police dare to suppress only Hindus ! 7. After the show, organizers promised that they would not stage shows of such controversial plays in future. (Even after opposition, show was continued and later, the organizers showed wisdom. Such organizers are also anti-Hindus ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
8. On 29th July, anti-Hindu organizations had staged demonstrations before District Collector’s office demanding that shows of ‘Shivaji underground in Bhimnagar Mohalla’ should be staged.
