Oppose extending grant to madarasas
Pune (Maharashtra) : There is no clarity in the second clause of Anti-superstitions Act. Owing to the shortcomings in this Act, 14 clauses had to be cancelled out of 27. In the present Act also, a third person has been given right to file case in terms of clause 2 of this Act. It can be misused. Discussions have to be held with Warkari Sampradaya and all their doubts should also be clarified. After which only the Act can be passed, stated Shri. Devendra Phadanvis, BJP’s President for Maharashtra State in press conference held here. (Congratulations to BJP for taking such clear stand about ‘Jadutona’ Act ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
If the Government is secular, why doesn’t it start teaching secular curriculum in madrassas ?
Shri. Phadanavis said, “Government’s giving grant of Rs. 10 crores to madrassas is an attempt to appease Muslims. If the Government is really secular, why doesn’t it start teaching secular curriculum in madrassas ? When Marathi schools are not given any grants why should only madrassas get grant? We will oppose to such grants.”
Do not harass H. H. Asaram Bapu !
Shri. Phadanvis said, “Legal action is being taken against H. H. Asaram Bapu. H. H. Asaram Bapu is a Saint. He is respected by people. He should not be mentally harassed till accusations made against him are not proved.” (BJP should take firm stand for supporting Hindu Saints ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
