Mumbai : Devotees of ‘Yoga Vedanta Samiti (Samiti)’ took out a huge march near District Collector’s office at Bandra, Kherwadi, to protest against detention of H. H. Asaram Bapu. The devotees had covered their faces partially with black cloth as a mark of protest. Shri. Omprakash Singh, the Chief Executive of ‘Samiti’ for Mumbai said that ‘conspiracy was hatched against H. H. Bapu. Few anti-Hindu media were defaming H. H. Bapu. The Government should put a curb on them. Soon, all allegations made against H. H. Bapu would be proved to be wrong.’ ‘Yuva Jagruti Sangh’s Shri. Sandip Mishra said, “Media should not perform the role of a Judge in case of H. H. Bapu.” About 2500 devotees participated in the march carrying saffron flags. Handbills were distributed on the occasion mentioning that truth would come to light soon proving innocence of H. H. Asaram Bapu. The devotees did not move from their places despite rain; due to their strong faith in H. H. Bapu.
Distribution of copies of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’
Special article was published in the issue dated 8th September 2013 of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ on stopping conspiracies against Saints. Copies of this issue, wherein special article on H. H. Asaram Bapu was published, were distributed to devotees during the march.
