Founder of International Vedanta Society Sri Sri Bhagwanji

Sri Sri Bhagwan founded the International Vedanta Society on 19 November 1989. Over the last 33 years, Sri Sri Bhagwan has been trying to kindle the flame of truth in mankind. The head office of this organization is in Guwahati (Assam) and it has many branches in various states of India. Apart from this, they have activities in Netherlands, as well as Spain, England, America, Canada, Croatia, Indonesia, and other countries.

82nd birth anniversary of Sri Sri Bhagwan

Kolkata (Bengal) : The 82nd birth anniversary of Sri Sri Bhagwanji, the founder of the International Vedanta Society, was celebrated at the Science City Main Auditorium here. National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Mr. Ramesh Shinde, East and North East India State Coordinator of the samiti Mr. Shambhu Gaware participated in the programme. Eminent speakers, monks, sadhvis etc. were present in this program. In this event, the third volume of the book written on the life of Sri Sri Bhagwan was launched. This book was written by his disciple Swami Prajnanandji. At the end of the program, a slide show based on the life of Sri Sri Bhagwan was shown.
