Jodhpur (Rajasthan) : We have Srimad Bhagavad Gita in our homes. Some people read it; but in adverse situations in life one cannot fight on the basis of knowledge of Geeta. Therefore, it is necessary to put the knowledge mentioned in the Gita into practice real life. This process requires self-reflection and practice. You have a vehicle at home; but if it cannot be driven, what is the use of that vehicle? Similarly, we have the greatest heritage of the world in the form of Bhagavadgeeta; but we are not utilising it. Therefore, Sadguru Dr. Charudatta Pingale urged that Hindus should emphasize on good conduct. He was guiding in a program for teachers at Maharishi Gautam School. School Director Mr. Ravi Shankar was instrumental in conducting this programme.

Hindu Dharma and culture should be protected through to education and implementation of Dharmik values! – Sadguru Dr. Charudatta Pingale
Jaipur (Rajasthan) : We have to convey the importance and scientific nature of conduct according to Hinduism to every person. Today during Diwali people only discuss and compete on who has better crackers and sweets. If the importance of each day of Diwali is not told to the new generation, how will Hinduism be protected? Therefore, we have to convey the underlying science, and importance of festivals and sixteen rites to the forthcoming generations. Sadguru Dr. Charudatta Pingale asserted that Hindu Dharma and culture will be protected only through education and implementation of Dharmik values. He was addressing a programme ‘Thoughts on Hindu spiritual culture’ organized by Ma Gayatri Shaktipeeth, Kalawad at the Jhulelal Temple here.

The country was made ‘secular’ during the Emergency and in an anti-constitutional manner. So today Hindus cannot use their temple money for activities related to Dharma. Also Hindus cannot teach their children about their Dharma and culture in schools. Hindu Rashtra is very necessary to change this situation”.

Understand Hindu Dharma and culture and follow it in every day life!
Gola : Rakshabandhan and Bhaubij are not just festivals for exchanging gifts. It expresses the duties and responsibilities of brothers and sisters to each other. On the day of Bhaubij, the sister prays to Yamadeveta for protection to her brother against untimely death and on Rakshabandhan received her brother’s promise of her safety. If we forget this spirit, our culture will perish. Therefore, we have to understand Hindu Dharma and culture and follow it in everyday life, only then will we be saved as per the adage Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitah asserted Sadguru Dr. Pingale while addressing the villagers here.

While seeking blessings follow scriptures and touch the feet! – Sadguru Dr. Pingale
Bhilwara : Today we choose an auspicious time for marriage; but do not insist the wedding takes place at that auspicious time. Later, when problems arise in the life of the newlyweds, we blame Dharma. Entertainment, extravagance and ostentatious behaviour have become more important than rituals in marriages today. Charan sparsha is mentioned in Dharma; But currently salutation is done by touching the knees. In fact, by touching the feet we obtain benefit of the sattvikata. How can it be obtained by touching the knees? By doing this we are destroying our scientific processes and culture. In order to stop this, Hindus should understand our Dharma, rituals, and festivals and take advantage of them in our lives, Sadguru Dr. Charudatta Pingale said. He was guiding a meeting of Dharmik people organized at Bhilwara.
