Shiv Sena MLC resolves to fight against anti faith Bill!

Mumbai: Shri. Divakar Ravate stated today that the Shiv Sena chief and head of their working committee, Shri. Uddhav Thakare has provoked him to offer strong resistance to  the anti-Hindu bill in the forthcoming assembly session. Shri. Thakre said `What these bill protagonists have said is more than enough. We do not need people to teach us about blind faith. If in the name of blind faith the Hindu religion is being attacked then it must be opposed vehemently.’ In the past two assembly sessions  Shri. Ravate took permission to discuss this bill for three hours. He now wants to dissect this issue in the house from the legal perspective for another two hours. This evening he was courteous enough to meet members of the HJS who were undertaking a fast to oppose the bill.

Shri. Ravate said, “In 1836 the British made great efforts to destroy Hinduism. So much so that they paid MacMillan , a scholar, 6 lakhs pounds to prove this religion as fraudulent. However after studying this religion in depth MacMillan himself accepted Hinduism as the most superior religion on the face of this earth. This blind faith eradication bill is a similar attempt to destroy Hinduism. In fact an international conspiracy to destroy Hinduism is being unearthed. We have studied the matter from this perspective as well. So what if the medium is a bill, we should be thankful that we got a chance to present Hindu concepts to this secular government. With respect to knowledge on religion I am quite ignorant but with the blessings of the Sadguru and your moral support I shall certainly win this combat.”

(Leaders like Shri. Divakar Ravate who are proud of the Hindu Dharma are its real pillars of strength. Other people’s representatives should take his example and also accomplish their responsibility of opposing this bill. –  Editor)
