CM’s Office renders apology to HJS for not providing ‘Z’ security to Shankaracharya in Goa !
28 November 2013
Despite the protocol of providing ‘Z’ security to Shankaracharya, Goa Government does not comply with the same, then how will it protect citizens ?
Mudgaon – A protocol is followed to provide ‘Z’ security to Purvanmaya Sri Govardhan Mutt Puri Pithadheeshwar Srimat Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalanand Saraswati Maharaj wherever he goes but the Government of Goa did not follow the protocol and refused to provide ‘Z’ security to Shankaracharya which has generated anger amongst Hindus from this State. As a result, officers from the Office of State Chief Minister rendered apology to Dr. Manoj Solanki, the Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for Goa. The officer said, “It was very unfortunate that ‘Z’ security was not provided to Shankaracharya and we are sorry for the same. The Chief Minister has given instructions to collect information in this context.”
In terms of the Central Home Minister’s letter 1986/ VIP(S)/ dated 25.08.07, it is imperative to provide ‘Z’ security to Sri Govardhan Mutt Puri Pithadheeshwar Srimat Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalanand Saraswati Maharaj. Puri Peetha had informed Goa Government on 18th November through a letter about Shankaracharya’s Goa visit. Copies of the said letter were also forwarded to the State Chief Minister, Home Minister, Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, North Goa District Collector and North Goa Superintendent of Police. Shankaracharya reached Goa in the morning of 22nd November. Dr. Manoj Solanki of HJS inquired with Tony Fernandes, the concerned police officer, regarding Shankaracharya’s security on 21st November. He informed that ‘Many VVIPs like Sharad Pawar and others, who are required to be provided with ‘Z- plus’ security, are in Goa to attend International Film Festival; as such there is no manpower to provide security for Shankaracharya.’ (It shows that the Central Government had informed State Government of Goa about Shankaracharya’s visit in advance; therefore, is Goa Government pretending to be sorry ? Had Hindus’ not expressed their strong feelings, whether CM’s office would have rendered apology ? If similar thing had happened in case of a Muslim maulavi or Dharma-Guru of Christians, they would have created havoc in the State; but Hindus are over –tolerant; therefore, Shankaracharya is given such insulting treatment. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
On 21st November, Dr. Manoj Solanki called up and informed ‘Puri Peetha’ that Goa police had expressed inability to provide ‘Z’ security to Shankaracharya giving excuse of international film festival and a small organisation like HJS was not in a position to provide such security; and asked them that what should be done? On the following day, Puri Peetha corresponded with the Central Government which has informed Puri Peetha about issuing notice to Goa Government.

One policeman provided for protection of Puri Shankaracharya despite his ‘Z’ security status !
24 November 2013
Anti-Hindu police in Goa governed by BJP provide ‘Z plus’ security for film festival; but show unpardonable indifference towards the highest ‘Dharma-Guru’ of Hindus !
Goa police were informed about visit of Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalananda Saraswatiji Maharaj, in advance; but police did not provide proper security to Shankaracharya. 5 armed policemen were attending to Shankaracharya during his journey from Mumbai till Mudgaon railway station, Goa. Only one policeman was, however, present at Mudgaon station for his security and he was in plain clothes. This policeman did not have even a vehicle. As the armed police squad got down at Mudgaon, they made inquiry about security arrangement for handing over the charge to Goa police and when they found that only one policeman was provided, they too were surprised. BJP ruled Goa govt denies 'Z' security to Shankaracharya Swami Nischalanand Saraswati !

Cites lame excuse of 'too many VIPs in Goa for IFFI' !
-
BJP's Goa government holds politicians and film festivals more high than Shankaracharya !

Acquaint yourself with BJP's anti-Hindu face !
Ponda : The BJP ruled Goa Police has refused to provide the regular 'Z' security to Shankaracharya Swami Nischalanand Saraswati of Govardhan Peeth (Puri, Odisha), who will arrive here on the 22nd of November. When the coordinators of the visit contacted the responsible Police officials, they said that 'due to IFFI (the International Film Festival of India), many VVIPs like Sharad Pawar, Manish Tiwari have landed in Goa. The goa police force does not have any personnel to spare after providing them with 'Z+ level security'. (Had the Pope arrived in Goa, would the police officials have given the same answer ? Hopw can we expect a police force without the requisite numbers, to protect the common man, if terror strikes during the IFFI – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
Puri Shankaracharya's visit to Goa was far from unexpected. The Puri Peeth as well as Hindu Janajagruti Samiti had informed the government of the schedule well in advance. When Dr. Manoj Solanki (Goa State Convener, HJS) requested the concerned police officials to provide at least the bare minimum security, there was a lacklustre response. The Shankaracharya will be arriving in Goa, at 8 am on the 22nd of November. This visit is an golden letter event to the Goans. (Goan Hindus, your centers of faith are refused security; whereas those politicians who rob you blind are deemed VVIPs ! Such a government should be taken to task ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
