‘Z’ security is meant for whom : Shankaracharya or politicians & filmstars ?

Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati of Govardhan Mutt, Puri (Odisha) arrived in Goa in the morning at 8.00 a.m. on 22^nd November. Government of Goa expressed its inability to provide ‘Z’ security to Shankaracharya although he has been entitled for the same. Not that Shankaracharya faced any problems and he reached his local destination with the available arrangements without any obstacles. The management of ‘Puri Peetha’ had informed the concerned authorities in advance about his travel plans; but expected response was not received from the Government of Goa. Shankaracharya is the top-most ‘Dharma-Guru’ of Hindus.  90 crores of Hindus in this country have faith in him. The total apathy shown towards him is, therefore, beyond understanding. When Shankaracharya was visiting Maharashtra, such problems did not arise.

The organizers, however, had bitter experience in Goa. It was informed on behalf of the Government of Goa that international film festival was going on in Goa and political VVIPs would be visiting Goa who are required to be provided ‘Z plus’ security; therefore, it would not be possible to provide ‘Z’ security to Shankaracharya. It shows that for Goa Government, politicians are of more importance than Shankaracharya. In Maharashtra State led by Congress, there were no shortcomings in the security provided to Shankaracharya; but in a State led by BJP, one observes total indifference towards Shankaracharya’s security. What can be said about this ?

BJP very well knows the importance of ‘Z’ security. The candidate for the post of Prime Minister sponsored by BJP has been on continuous tours canvassing for elections. When ‘Z’ security was demanded for his security, Congress Government refused the demand. BJP expressed anger over such denial to sanction ‘Z’ security; then how much anger should have been expressed over BJP not providing sanctioned ‘Z’ security to Shankaracharya ? The issue must not have been thought at the Government level of Goa.

Adya Shankaracharya established 4 ‘Peethas’ in 4 directions of this country for propagation and progress of Hindu Dharma. The Chief of one of such ‘Peethas’ is coming on visit; which is very fortunate thing for Hindus. The same Hindus have expectations from BJP but why did BJP not care for their expectations ? Shankaracharya was twice attacked by fanatics. He was also given poison through food. Anti-Hindus cannot tolerate the fiery mission undertaken by Shankaracharya for reviving glory of Hindu Dharma and Hindus. In such background also, Goa Government showed extreme carelessness towards Shankaracharya’s security.

Hindus’ foes !

International Film Festival started in Goa from 20th November. Actors, producers etc. from India and abroad are attending this festival. Is Goa Government going to be complacent for  performing its duty by making good arrangements for them ? Congress Government of Maharashtra provided armed policemen for Shankaracharya till he left Maharashtra and completed his railway journey. If Hindus develop closeness towards Congress Government in Maharashtra for taking good care of Hindus’ highest Dharma-Guru, what is wrong with it ? BJP’s performance in Goa has gone down so much that people of Goa have started feeling that why did they elect BJP ? Pope keeps on touring all over the world from Vatican City. During his visit to Goa, will the State Government dare to refuse the type of security demanded by him ?

Now, there is atmosphere of election everywhere in the country. BJP is trying to take over power from corrupt Congress. At such time, should the electorate be brought close or pushed away ? The atmosphere in this country has gone against the established government. Awareness is created amongst Hindus due to tours undertaken by Narendra Modi; but its credit goes only to Modi because only Modi says that ‘I am a nationalist Hindu’ and he only says through his campaigns that Hindus are also poor; therefore, if BJP wins election, it will be the victory of only Modi. Hindus have, however, learnt a lesson from BJP Government in Goa when it refused to provide ‘Z’ security to Shankaracharya and that is, BJP cannot protect Hindus even while in power.
