One-day district-level Hindu Convention held at Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh)

Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh) : Hindu University cannot be set up at Mecca, Medina and Vatican City; similarly, at Tirupati, a pilgrimage place of Hindus, Islamic University cannot be built. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has been staging agitations to oppose the construction. District Collector has issued an order to demolish 5 unauthorised storeys of the building; but the agitation will go on till the plan of building Islamic University is cancelled. On 20th December, thousands of Hindus will stage huge agitation at Tirupati, informed Shri. Chetan Janardan, the spokesperson of HJS for Andhra Pradesh. He was speaking in one-day Hindu Convention held on 24th November at Kakinada (East Godavari District).
Shri. Subedananda Swamiji from Kakinada, Shri. Gaurayya and Shri. Ramjaneyulu of ‘Hindu Dharma Raksha Samiti’ and Shri. Akula Krushna Kishore , a devout Hindu from Tirupati participated in the Convention.
Not Islamic University; but it’s a mosque ! – Shri. Cheduluri Gaurayya
Hindu Dharma which is the foundation of whole Universe is on decline. Hindu Rashtra is required to be established for its revival. Islamic University being built in Tirupati is actually a mosque.
All Hindus should visit Sanatan’s ashram ! – Shri. Akula Krushna Kishore
Shri. Kishore said while commending Sanatan’s ashram at Ramnathi that Hindus needed spiritual strength. One can experience such strength at Sanatan ashram. This ashram is not like any other ashram. Sanatan ashram is a very good ashram. All Hindus should visit this ashram. Regarding Islamic University, he said that in TUDA area, so far 370 churches and 70 mosques have been built. Now, there is a calamity of Heera Islamic International University’.

- A cyclone hit this coast of Andhra Pradesh two days back resulting in losses; still Hindu activists attended the Hindu Convention.
- A procession was taken out at Kakinada before starting the Convention in which local Hindus participated.
