Ottapalam: Ottapalam Judicial First class Magistrate issued two years imprisonment to Marxist Minister A.K.Balan here today.
The court also convicted Marxist MLA M.Chandran and S.Ajaykumar MP in connection with attacking Trains in Shornur Railway station during a protest march in 2000.
None of the three thugs bothered to attend the court today and the court issued arrest warrant to the trio.
This A.K.Balan is the very same minister who stated Hindu Temples are centre of Sexual education and pornography.
