Special discussions on ‘Why is the Supreme Court giving so much importance to homosexualism ?’

A well-planned conspiracy to legalise same-sex marriages ! – Advocate Subhash Jha, Supreme Court

Advocate Subhash Jha

After removing clause 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and getting legal recognition for homosexualism in India, petitions have been filed for legalising marriages between homosexuals. All these petitions have been transferred to a Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court and the hearing has started. There are attempts to obtain legal recognition for same-sex marriages under a well-planned conspiracy. The Supreme Court, otherwise, has no time to clear long pending cases, but it has time for issues like homosexuality. Attempts are made to jeopardise the sacred marriage union by passing inappropriate laws. By legalising same-sex marriages, this country will further go down the path of destruction. The Government and people of this country need to consider this issue seriously, stated by Mr. Subhash Jha, senior Advocate of Supreme Court while speaking in the online discussion programme held by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on the topic ‘Why is Supreme Court giving so much importance to homosexualism?’

Advocate Jha said further that homosexualism cannot be basically a matter of discussion because it is a disease associated with certain factions of society. It is necessary that the Government finds a medical remedy for this disease, as it did for Coronavirus. In the future, millions of thieves might take recourse to the Constitution and claim to steal as their Constitutional right. Similar is the case of homosexualism. The Government should try to investigate the background of the people who have filed petitions in support of homosexualism.

Ms Meenakshi Sharan, a historian, participating in the programme said that homosexualism is a perversion that has come to India from Rome and Greece. It has created diseases like AIDS. Demand for homosexual marriages is an all-around attack on the holy institutions of marriage and family under Hindu Dharma. The union of a man and woman under marriage rituals in Hindu Dharma is considered the union of Shiva and Shakti. Under the four debts as advocated in Hindu Dharma, Pitrurun (debt unto ancestors) can be repaid only by children which is possible through marriages, and it will be abidance by Dharma. There are attempts to mislead the already digressed young generation of today, through the matter of homosexualism. People need to fight against these unnatural and wrong things.
