Observing fast will be superstition as per the anti-superstitions Ordinance ! – Bala Nandgaonkar, MNS

Margashirsha Shuklapaksha 5, Kaliyug Varsha 5115

What does the Congress-led Government has to say on this ?

Nagpur – In cases like human sacrifice, stringent action has to be taken; but at the same time, care should be taken that ordinary citizens are not harassed. As per our information, observing fast can also be treated as an offence under this Act. Fast is observed by Hindus, Muslims and Jains. If ‘vaastu-shanti’ is being performed at someone’s place and his neighbour complains that some black magic is going on, police can arrest the person performing ‘puja’. The Government, therefore, needs to explain its stand properly. The above frank opinion was given by MLA, Bala Nandgaonkar, the group leader of MNS in Legislative Assembly, in a press conference. (Not only Shiv Sena and BJP but now even MNS has opposed anti-superstitions Act. When so much opposition has been generated against the Act, is the Government going to re-consider it or not ?- Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Bala Nadgaonkar said further, “We support the Ordinance; but there is some confusion about certain clauses; therefore, till it is  clarified, we will have to oppose.” (This opposition should be shown by MLA Nandgaonkar till the end even through action in Legislative Assembly ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
