Hindus should oust Congress Government for habitual betrayal and for attacking Dharma !

Maharashtra Government deceives religious people in the name of giving protection to religious acts !
Nagpur (Maharashtra) : It has been brought forth that the anti-superstitions Bill passed on 13th December by Congress Government in Maharashtra, on the strength of vicious majority, will not protect but attack Dharma. The Government has claimed to Warakaris, Dharma-Gurus, Purohit, astrologers, pro-Hindu organizations and Sects that there would be nothing in the Bill against Dharma; but it has betrayed religious people. In new amendments also, clauses attacking Dharma have been retained; owing to which action can be taken against Dharma-Gurus, Shankaracharya, Ramanandacharya, Saints, priests of all temples, Purohits, ‘Vedamurty’, astrologers, trustees of temples etc.
1. The Government added a clause to the anti-superstitions Act bowing before strong opposition of Warakaris, Purohit, astrologers and pro-Hindu organizations etc. claiming that by including clause 12, no harm would be caused to Dharma and faith.
Government restricts religious rituals and worship !
2. In reality, however, under sub-clause 4 of clause 12, it has been stated that ‘this Act will not be applicable to prayers, worshipping, and all religious rituals held at home, temple, durgah, Gurudwara, pagoda, church or other prayer-houses by individuals or management that does not involve physical and financial loss.’ Under this clause, the Government has given protection only to such religious rituals and worship which does not involve physical and financial loss; but rituals that can cause physical and financial loss have been termed as offence. No concession is given to them; therefore, when the Act is fully implemented tomorrow, if smoke is generated due to ‘yadnya (sacred fire)’, ‘homa-havan’ etc. at temples or other places and they cause even irritation to eyes, or rituals like ‘Jagaran – Gondhal’ performed in the night or even ringing of bell loudly can be treated as offence; in case a person lodges complaint against it for causing physical harm due to disturbing his sleep. This can make the ‘Dakshata Officer’ take action against the concerned. Clause 12 might have given protection to few religious rituals, all religious rituals have not been included in this clause; therefore, those, which have not been mentioned in this clause, can be banned and legal experts feel that it is in a way, against freedom of citizens to follow respective Dharma.
3. In the anti-Hindu Bill brought in 2005 and 2011, similar clause 13 was included branding religious rituals and acts as offences; but that was strongly opposed by religious citizens and the Government had to withdraw the same in the Ordinance issued on 26th August 2013; however, now hatching conspiracy, same clause has been re-introduced as sub-clause 4 misleading people.
Anti-Hindu Congress Government under illusion
that Saints creating miracles would not be there in future and calling all Saints as ‘past’ !
4. In sub-clause 3 of clause 12, reference is made to narrating miracles of only ‘past’ Saints, propagation of their teachings and distribution of their literature will be allowed. Here, the Government has insulted all Saints by calling them as ‘past’. While giving permission to narrating miracles of past Saints, the Government has, in a way, imposed restriction on miracles of the present and future Saints. Does the Government have any proof that there would be no Saints in future ? It has been stated in ‘Geeta’ that God incarnates in different forms for ‘Dharma-karya’. In Christianity, before a person is declared as Saint, it has to be proved that such person has created miracles; therefore, will there be ban on Christians to declare anyone as a Saint?
5. In the same sub-clause 3, even earlier, there were several mistakes which talked about ‘past Saints……, narrating miracles of Dharma-Gurus that will not cause any physical and monetary loss’; but the Government’s tradition of committing mistakes is carried on even now. In the above sentence, it is not clear which type of miracles or Dharma-Gurus would come under this. It is possible to infer from this sentence that the physical or monetary loss is caused due to Dharma-Gurus; because people following respective religion, also willingly follow orders or instructions given by their Dharma-gurus. If a person is asked by his Dharma-guru to drive a vehicle and he falls down, gets injured and starts driving that vehicle; he claims that because of his Dharma-guru, he could drive a vehicle, then legal action can be taken against him. Presently, devotees get spiritual experiences while abiding by their Gurus like Shankaracharya, Ramanandacharya and Dharmacharya etc. If such miracles involve some kind of physical or monetary loss, there can be problem.
