‘Anti-Hindu Black Magic Act will be cancelled permanently if Shiv Sena comes to power’

Margashirsha Shuklapaksha 14, Kaliyug Varsha 5115

Why other than Shiv Sena, no powerful pro-Hindu organization says anything on the issue ? Don’t they feel associated with things attacking Hindu Dharma ?

Nagpur (Maharashtra) : Shiv Sena has always opposed clauses in anti-superstitions Act which are related to Dharma. Warakari Sampradaya has studied the Act thoroughly; therefore, discussions should be held with Warakaris and they should be satisfied about removing objectionable clauses in this Act. Till then, the Act will not be supported. With the blessings of Warakaris, such Act will be quashed; now Congress has very few days left. This Act will be cancelled on permanent basis once Shiv Sena gets elected to power. The above clear and frank standpoint was taken by Shri. Uddhav Thackeray, the Chief of Shiv Sena on 15th December. Shri. Thackeray is on a two-day visit to Vidarbh and was speaking in a press conference organized on the occasion.

Shri. Thackeray said further, “Shiv Sena has always strongly opposed dreadful acts, ‘Jaran-maran (magic spells/ charms )’ etc. but if faith is touched in its name; Shiv Sena will oppose. Remove the oppressive shortcomings; else, Act will have to be cancelled. Still if the Government passes such Act and  it is misused, it will be quashed. People crowd in temples more than in ‘Mantralaya’; because a living person or minister does not do justice. People have more faith in Siddhivinayak, Shirdi etc. One, who sacrifices or kills a human being, has to be hanged; but for that, the existent laws are quite capable; then what is the need to pass separate Act ? The important thing is the law should be made applicable to all. People who are propagating own religion in the name of extending monetary assistance, it is wrong. Such things should also be banned under this Act.”

Representation submitted by Warakari Sampradaya and pro-Hindu organizations !

Nagpur – We will oppose this Act in Legislative Council. In future, this Act will be cancelled when Shiv Sena gets elected, promised Shri. Uddhav Thackeray to delegation of Warakari Sampradaya and pro-Hindu organizations. Shri. Subhash Desai, the group-leader of Shiv Sena, in Legislative Assembly and Smt. Neelamtai Gorhe, its MLA in Legislative Council  were present who too promised to strongly oppose this Act in Legislative Council on 16th December.
