Ambiguity in Black Magic Bill as words not defined in the Bill !
The Government started discussion on important Bill like Black Magic Bill purposely in the evening. Most of the MLAs opposing the Bill were tired due to day’s transactions and didn’t have much energy; therefore, the Government took its advantage ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat
Why other than Shiv Sena, no other powerful pro-Hindu organizations say anything about Black Magic Bill ? Do they feel that issues attacking Hindu Dharma are not their concern ?
Nagpur (Maharashtra) : Prof. Shyam Manav of Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANiS) has played a trick of giving a penny and extracting a pound. Does only he have knowledge of law? We also know law. Manav is an atheist and he does not believe in Dharma and God ? Asked Shiv Sena, MLA Shri. Ramdas Kadam on 16th December during the session of Legislative Council.
How many ruling party MLAs have studied Black Magic Act ?
Existing laws as per Indian Penal Code are capable and there is no need for Black Magic Act, was the frank opinion given by Shri. Ramdas Kadam; while opposing this Act. Every clause in this Act should be explained. Clauses in this Act are against Hindu Dharma, customs and traditions; therefore, those should be removed. It may be mentioned that barring Opposition leaders from Shiv Sena – BJP, no minister, leader and MLA from ruling parties have studied clauses in the Black Magic Act. It has been observed that leaders from Congress and NCP have given only half misleading information for passing this Act.
Why the Government does not pass an Act banning cow-slaughter and make ‘Vande Mataram’ compulsory to everyone ?
Instead of passing Black Magic Act attacking Hindu Dharma, why the Government does not bring in the Act banning cow-slaughter and for making ‘Vande Mataram’ compulsory? Why the Government is not passing any Act to prevent increasing cases of suicide amongst farmers ? If the Government has guts, it should pass an Act making ‘Vande Mataram’ compulsory.
