With the liberation of Kashi Vishweshwar the nation will become a Hindu Rashtra! – Supreme Court Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, Spokesperson, Hindu Front for Justice
There are 12 swayambhu (self-materialised) Jyotirlingas revered by Hindus, of which Kashi Vishweshwar is one. Our victory in [Kashi Vishweshwar-Gyanvapi] case is certain. A great center of spiritual upliftment will be created for all Hindus when Kashi Vishweshwar is enthroned in His rightful place. On May 12, 2023, the Allahabad High Court allowed scientific testing of the Shivling found in the temple premises. This has been challenged in the Supreme Court by Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Varanasi. The Supreme Court has directed the District Court to conduct a hearing in this regard. The hearing will be held in Varanasi District Court on July 6. The Archeology department’s testing will clear the air on how Aurangzen ‘built’ the mosque. Anjuman Intezamia wants to suppress the truth, which is why they are vehemently opposing it. Rumours were spread that we are demanding a carbon dating of the Shivling. There will be no chemical testing of Shivling, but it will be scientifically tested. There will be no harm to the Shivling in this. This test will reveal whether this Shivling self-manifested and how old it is. When Kashi Vishweshwar is liberated, the country will become a Hindu Rashtra. We are marching with the great goal of liberation of Kashi Vishweshwar. For this all Hindus should unite and demand that the entire area be surveyed.

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain continued,
1. For the last 10 years we have knocked on the doors of District Court, High Court and Supreme Court to liberate Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi (Mathura). The Allahabad court has entered this petition and the court has sought information about all the cases related to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. Due to this, [the opposing party’s] conspiracy to waste time lodging cases in various courts has failed.
2. Similarly, the Karnataka government has taken over a temple with a self-materialised idol of Hanuman at Kishkindha in Karnataka, the birthplace of Hanuman. We have been fighting a legal battle for the past 5 years to free this temple from the clutches of the government.
3. My father, H.H. Hari Shankar Jain, and I will continue to fight till our last breath to liberate all these temples.
Nation demanding Hindu Rashtra due to Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Jayant Athavale’s spiritual strength – Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain
In 2014, I first came in contact with Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. This is when this fight for the liberation of the temples received divine benediction in the form of Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Jayant Athavale. We are able to fight this battle due to His blessings. Today the entire nation is demanding a Hindu Rashtra due to the spiritual strength of Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Jayant Athavale. All Hindus need to unite and demand a Akhand Hindu Rashtra.
Dire need to amend temple related laws – Anup Jayswal, Secretary, Devasthan Seva Samiti, Vidarbha, Maharashtra
‘Devasthan Seva Samiti’ was established for the province of Vidarbha 12 years ago. Through this Samiti we are trying to solve the problems of temples in the area. Philanthropists have donated land to the temples to facilitate the temple affairs. Temples own thousands of acres of land. Some are in the possession of others, while some land has been encroached upon. We are trying to get that land back to the temples with little expenditure and in a short time. Temple trusts do not file lawsuits to reclaim this land because they are in conflict with each other in some places. Efforts are on to depose such trustees and replace them with Dharmik trustees who will try to reclaim this land. Some temples are severely neglected. Their land has been encroached upon by the unscrupulous. Urgent efforts are required to ensure the temples too don’t fall into the wrong hands. The Vidarbha Samiti tries to raise money to protect these temples by restoring / reconstructing them and also by erecting boundary walls to safeguard them from the unrighteous. The existing laws regarding temples need to be amended. Hindu temples are not just places of worship, they are sources of spirituality. All Hindu devotees must benefit from these aspects of the temples and the temple administration must ensure that the devotees are able to benefit the most too.
Vijayanagar Empire showed the world that the Indian way of life would not surrender to foreign forces! – Shri Krishna Devaraya, Aravidu Dynasty, Anegundi Narapati Sansthanam, Karnataka
The Vijayanagar Empire resisted the invaders. The empire created new religious and cultural centers for Hindus, along with protecting Hindu religious and cultural institutions. This empire was a ray of hope for Hindus. This empire showed the world that the Indian way of life would not surrender to foreign powers. Vijayanagara royal family rebuilt ancient Hindu temples and monasteries to preserve Indian tradition. The Vijayanagara Empire did a splendid job of reviving the temples of the Hindus, and also contributed significantly to the economic development of the people. The city of Vijayanagara was a model of cutting-edge technology, town planning, irrigation, roads, temples and architecture. It was a wonder to the world at that time. Thousands of ancient Hindu temples and monasteries still exist in parts of South India ruled by this dynasty. Also, the ancient worship system of Hindus has been preserved in these areas.
India has become independent politically, not religiously – Dr N. Ramesh Hassan, Sanjeevani Co-op. Hospital, Hassan, Karnataka
India has got independence only politically, religiously we are still not independent. Even today, Hindus are being misled in the country. Islamic rulers are being glorified. The Quran was recited before the Rathotsavam of Shri Chennakesava temple at Belur in Hassan district of Karnataka. We led a movement against this ‘soft terrorism’ in Hindu temples and stopped this undesirable practice. The Hoysala Empire built 3 thousand temples in South India. Hindu organizations should unite for the protection of Hindu Dharma. Hindus should utilise social media to spread Hindu Dharma.
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana witnessing rampant anti-Hindu activity under protection of ‘secularism’ – Mahesh Degala, Founder President, Hindu Upadhyaya Samithi, Andhra Pradesh
If Raja Krishnadevaraya had not waged war, all of South India would have fallen into Babur’s hands. At present, however, the system in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has fallen into the hands of the communists. The educational systems of these two states have been overrun by naxal supporters. Even in book printing there are people with communist bent of mind. In Andhra Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir is not shown in the map of India in the class 6 textbook. The education system has deteriorated. There is no information that anti-Hindu forces have killed 8 crore Hindus from Afghanistan to India. In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, during Ramadan, schools and government offices allow 1 hour off for regular prayers over a 1 month period. But during Hindu festivals, Hindu officials are not given leave during working hours. For the past 3 years, ‘Hindu Upadhyaya Samiti’ has been continuously writing to the government demanding that Hindu officials be also accorded the same courtesy. We are yet to receive any official reply. In the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Urdu has reached the second position. Even if Hindus are killed here, no one cares. Anti-Hindu activities are going on in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana under the guise of secularism. Hindus need to wake up when time is still on our side. 10 thousand workers of ‘Hindu Upadhyaya Samiti’ are working for Dharma in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Desecration of Shri Mahalakshmi Devi idol in Kolhapur, is a consequence of government takeover of temples! – Advocate Nilesh Sangolkar, Adhivakta Sangathak, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti
In the year 1920, the left arm of the idol of Shri Mahalakshmi Devi was broken. Since then, the hand has been attached to the statue with metal bands. Hindu Dharma has the traditional practice of Vajralepan (application of a special hardening mixture). But the archeology department, which has absolutely no knowledge of the scriptures, has directed that the idol be treated with chemical preservatives every 6 months. The process of Vajralepan is like surgery, and the Devi’s idol is being subjected to surgery every 6 months. The divinity in the idol is awakened through worship, consecration etc. But to stop the erosion of the idol’s surface, abhishek and routine worship of the original idol were stopped 26 years ago, and continue to be banned.
Over the years, the idol of the goddess has deteriorated at some places and at some places it has been broken. The priests, who fear that they will be blamed for this, claim that the idol has not been broken. Such actions of priests show the need to first impart education on Dharma to the priests, not just of Kolhapur, but all across the nation.
The desecration of the idol of Shri Mahalakshmi Devi in Kolhapur continues on a daily basis due to the differing perspectives of religious leaders, politicians, priests, and the temple administration. This is the a serious consequence of government takeover of temples. And the only solution to this to liberate the temples from the clutches of the government.
