Kalyan (Dist. Thane) : Under the present secular governance, problems faced by Hindus and the country are on the rise and there is need to create awareness amongst Hindus towards them. With this objective, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has been organizing Hindu ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha (sabha)’ for unification of Hindus at various places. As a part of this drive, such ‘sabha’ has been organized on 6th February on ‘Vasudev Balwant Phadake’ ground. Dr. Uday Dhuri, Mumbai District spokesperson of HJS made an appeal to all Hindus to attend the ‘sabha’ in large number while addressing a press conference held on this occasion, at the hall of Public Library in Kalyan. Sou. Meena Rawat, Thane District President of ‘Patanjali Yoga Samiti’, Shri. Anand Jakhotia, spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Vishwanath Kulkarni, Thane District Coordinator of HJS attended the press conference. Shri. Vishwanath Kulkarni briefly explained about extensive propagation undertaken for this ‘sabha’.

Sou. Meena Rawat, Thane District President of Patanjali Yoga Samiti (PYS) said, “Hindus are being attacked through different media. It is therefore, need of the hour to create extensive awareness amongst Hindus and to create unity amongst them. In view of the same, PYS extends full support to HJS for organizing ‘sabha’.”

Shri. Anand Jakhotia, spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha said, “Answer to various problems faced by this country lies only in awareness. Through the medium of such ‘Dharmajagruti Sabhas’, awareness is created amongst Hindus. Owing to the awareness being created amongst Hindus for revival of Hindu culture through ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha’, Sanatan Sanstha will take active part.”
