Kolhapur : In terrorist stricken State of Jammu and Kashmir, Hindus are openly killed. The Center and the State, both Governments are indifferent to terrorists’ activities. The situation in J &K is the result of Govt. inaction. Hindus are becoming a minority as a result of such mass killings. A representation demanding protection for Hindus was therefore, submitted on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and BJP, to the Bharatiya Prime Minister which was accepted by the Deputy District Collector.
Shri. Suresh Chavan of Sanatan Sanstha said that on 30th March, a Hindu family was attacked in Rajouri district when 5 Hindus were killed. "Such incidents happen regularly. There is no control over Hindu killings due to inaction of the Govt. Local Kashmiri leaders are advising Pandits to leave the State. It is very unfortunate. The Center and the State Govt. should therefore, take firm action to provide protection to Hindus."
