Mumbai : Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) etc. pro-Hindu organizations opposed, with unity, staging of anti-national play titled ‘Ali J’ which glorifies Mohammad Ali Jinnah responsible for partition of India and creation of Pakistan. It resulted in cancellation of the ‘Ali J’ show. While giving news about it, ‘Hindustan Times’ exhibited its spite by saying that the organizers of this play were threatened by HJS through its website. (In fact, what did newspaper like ‘Hindustan Times’ do so that shows of such play would not be staged ? Newspapers which do not do their duty in the first place and on top of it, when pro-Hindu activists try to oppose, in lawful manner, publish wrong news about the same, are anti-national ! It is necessary to boycott such newspapers for maligning the image of pro-Hindu activists ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Many pro-Hindu activists from various organizations learnt about this controversial play to be staged at Mumbai; that could have spread communal hatred and they registered their protest, in lawful manner, under initiation of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad with the office of Mumbai Police Commissioner and Colaba police station. HJS spokesperson stated that legal action would be taken against ‘Hindustan Times’. It has also been stated by this newspaper that the producer of this play was planning to show it on ‘You Tube’ website; therefore, HJS informed that in such case, necessary action would be taken even against such ploy.
