Elections are the only chance we have to teach the politicians a lesson! – Advocate Ramdas Nayak
Devout Hindus present in the Sabha |
Udupi (Karnataka) : Elections are the only instance where we can teach the politicians a lesson. If we lose this chance in 2014, we will have to wait for another 5 years. The hindus now have to face horrendous laws for having elected the Congress in the 2012 Karnataka state elections. If the reins are handed to the present regime once again then Hindus will have to change not only their names, they will have to change the names of the roads and cities too; such a situation will be formed. The Anti Superstition Bill proposed by the Karnataka Government is also aimed at strangling Hindu religious acts. It is inevitable that we unite to stop it, said devout Hindu Advocate Ramdas Nayak.
He was speaking at the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti on the 2nd of March in Shri Sharada Sabhagruh, Udupi. Shri Nayak also published the Balak Bhav – Part 1 english Holy Text. Around 500 devout Hindus were present in the Sabha.

Be loyal to Dharma and vote only for those who work for Dharma! – Shri Guruprasad, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti
Come elections, the politicians come with their vote begging bowls and treat the voter like a king. Post elections the politicians becomes the king and does not listen to the woes of the voter. While voting, vote only for those who think about Hindu interests and not for a particular person or party. the people like to choose the one eyed man in teh kingdom of the blind, so they prefer BJP over Congress. But there is not difference between the two. Vote only for those how work for Hindu Dharma, and to those who will promise never to appease minorities no matter what the circumstances are.

Apt answer to a policeman's question!
When the policemen tried to enter the hall, they were stopped by Shri Rathish, a volunteer of HJS. When they asked him 'who is the leader of HJS', he escorted on pooliceman inside the hall. Shri Rathish then showed the huge Shri Kruhshna – Arjuna flex banner (depicting the Mahabharata war scene) and said that 'the one holding the reins in the image is our leader'! The policemen then quietly went away.
