Will Forest Department take action against a mosque ? And had such thing been done, does Forest Department know what would have been its repercussions?

Thane : ‘Forest Department’ should not take any hasty and illegal action regarding demolition of Sri Gangeshwar Mandir. Action should be taken against the officers responsible for Pu. Raghunandangiri Maharaj’s death’, are the demands made by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) through a representation submitted jointly with devotees of Pu. Raghunandangiri Maharaj to the Resident District Collector, Manoj Gorhad and Shiv Sena’s MLA, Shri. Eknath Shinde. Shri. Abhijit Bhojane of HJS and devotees of Maharaj viz. Shri. Chandrasen Samel, Prakash Barai, Chandrakant More and Vishwas Salvi were present on the occasion.
It has been stated in the representation that despite being responsible for the death of Maharaj, Forest Department is still talking about demolishing new construction in this temple. There are illegal bungalows of politicians even today in Yeur forest; besides prayer-houses of followers of other religions; but no action has been taken against any of them by the Forest Department and it took action against only a temple when code of conduct has been made applicable now. The action of this department therefore, raises few questions. As such paying disregard to all rules and regulations and without giving prior notice, the Forest Department should not commit the sin of taking action against temple.
