Mumbai: We had opposed the proposed anti-Hindu Acts in the last session of Legislative Assembly and shall keep on opposing till our last breath, promised Shri. Dagadu (Dada) Sakpal, MLA from Lalbaug in Mumbai. Members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti gave him a representation against the anti-Hindu ‘Black Magic’ and ‘Temple Take-over’ Acts.

Shri. Sakpal assured, "We are keeping an eye on the developments in connection with the proposed Acts and shall not allow the Acts to be enacted. In fact, in ruling party also majority MLAs are Hindus; but they have to keep Muslim and Christian voters happy and therefore, they are foisting these Acts on us. If not us, then who will fight for the cause of Hindus? Hindus should change their attitude and unite to work for Dharma because we shall exist only if Hindu Dharma exists. Members of HJS informed him about various campaigns undertaken by the Samiti.
