Shiva-Parvati images on AIDS pamphlets!

Hindu Deities on AIDS Pamphlets

Hindu Deities on AIDS Pamphlets

Raipur:

The Central Government led by Congress Party has printed picture of Shiva-Parvati on the pamphlets prepared for creating awareness among masses about AIDS. The awareness drive against AIDS has been started by the office of the Information and Broadcasting (I and B) Department of the Central Government, Guru Nanaknagar, Ravigram at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

The picture of Shiva-Parvati, which is printed on the handbill, is taken of the idols at Padmathar Park in Ravi. This idol is 150 years old, is made of stone and is worshipped by all Hindus. A Hindu organization from Vindhya has said that it is an insult of Hindu deities. The concerned people will not be pardoned for such grave offense. If the I and B Department does not render an apology, it can result in a burst of anger of Hindus and can prove to be disastrous.

On the pamphlet with photograph of Shiva-Parvati, on the top, it is written ‘AIDS: Save and Be Saved’ and at the bottom, it is written as ‘Live and Let Live’. The cost of the idol of Shiva-Parvati is Rs. 10 crores in international market.

Shri. Satyendra Soni, an official of I and B department has said that he had no knowledge about such handbill; but if it is true, it is a grave mistake. He said further that he would get a copy of the pamphlet, send it to the concerned and necessary action will be taken.

( It is most unfortunate that in a country where Hindus are in majority, the rulers are making mockery of Hindu deities.
Congratulations to the Hindu Organization ‘Vindhya’ for fighting against the denigration of Hindu deities. We need such alert Hindus. –
