Will the Central Home Minister wake up now or still pretend to be ignorant ?

Chennai – A number of cases of love jihad have been brought to light in past few years in Tamil Nadu. Only in Vellore District, in last 2 years, 50 persons involved in love jihad have been found. The above information was given by Shri. Mahesh, District President of ‘Hindu Front’ to ‘Pioneer’ newspaper. Shri. Mahesh said,

  1. Fanatic youth draw girls from poor families in their dragnet luring them with life of comfort and luxury; they shower the girls with gifts like cell phones, jewelry, perfumes etc.
  2. Once the girl develop faith in boys, they keep on talking to them for hours together and the parents of these girls have no inkling till the girls elope.
  3. A leader of ‘Hindu Front’, a pro-Hindu organization saved many girls from the dragnet of love jihad; therefore, in 2013, fanatics took revenge by killing him.
  4. It may be mentioned that girls who got married in this way, have certificate of converting to other religion with signature of only one notary.
  5. It shows that it is a part of conspiracy. Police did not take note of such incidents seriously.
  6. If age of the girl is more than 18 years, police consider that she goes on her own will and don’t pay attention or search for her. But Intelligence agencies of the State and Central Government have informed the Government about Hindu young women eloping with fanatics.
