Muslim demands ban on FACT photo-exhibition

Ahmadnagar (Maharashtra): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) in association with FACT has organized a photo-exhibition, on terrorism and atrocities on Hindus in Kashmir and Bangladesh, at Raosaheb Patwardhan Smarak Hall, Savedi in Ahmednagar. Maharashtreeya Muslim Mahasangh has taken objection to hold such exhibitions and has made a demand with the District Collector to impose a ban on such exhibitions. Hindu Organizations have, however, warned the Muslim organizations that they should not try to shield terrorists.

Muslim Mahasangh has mentioned in its representation that the exhibition held by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) will ruin the harmony among people. Terrorists and anti-social elements have no religion and they are like wild beasts. One who follows Dharma will never indulge in such destructive activities. In the name of religion, terrorists are trying to be anti-Dharma. Hindu organizations have come together against all Muslim organizations and determined to hold such exhibition in every taluka of the district.

Muslims should hold FACT exhibition in their localities – Anil (bhaiya) Rathod, MLA

Ahmadnagar (Maharashtra): The exhibition organized by HJS is based on true facts showing the real nature of terrorism. Maharashtreeya Muslim Mahasangh has, however, never demanded that Mohammad Afzal should be hanged for attacking Parliament. I challenge the pro-terrorists Maharashtreeya Muslim Mahasangh that if they are real patriots and law-abiding citizens of this country, they should show the courage to hold this exhibition in their localities. Shiv Sena will help them. Nobody will stop this exhibition. A press conference, with the intiative of Shri. Rathod, was held at ‘Nagar’ library near the office of Shri. Rathod in connection with the demand of Maharashtreeya Muslim Mahasangh for banning the exhibition.

Hindus were incensed to see the photographs.
