Issue pertaining to the pollution due to firing crackers as well as for causing denigration of deities and national heroes.
Other devout Hindu organisations should take the ideal of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for trying to protect Dharma and the nation !
Mumbai : For the last 8 years, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has been constitutionally coordinating with the manufacturers of crackers and their organisations at Shivkashi with a view to stop the pollution caused through igniting crackers, also through denigration of Deities and national heroes thereby.
HJS had forced Tamil Nadu Fire and Amorses Manufacturers Association in Shivkashi through sending letters to ban crackers. Mr. Shivaji Vatkar, Convener of the Samiti had sent a letter on 30th September to the Tamil Nadu Fire Works Association asking to stop the denigrating and polluting production, had a talk with the secretary of the association Shri. S. Srinivasan. The Government had already been informed about stopping the imports of crackers made in China containing polluting and chemical matter dangerous for health.
As a result of all this exercise, the association has informed the Samiti about not printing the Deities and national heroes’ pictures on crackers. It has also thanked for trying to put a ban on the China made crackers.
HJS’ protest letter to manufacturers of crackers at Shivkashi
Shree To, Tamilnadu Fire Works & Amorces Manufacture Association, Attn : Mr. Vijaykumar, President, Mr.S.Srinivasan, Secretary Dear Sirs, Sub : Denigration of Hindu Deities and National Leaders through pictures on Crackers. Reference our today’s telecom I thank you for your positive response in on the subject matter i. e. stopping Denigration of Hindu Deities and National Leaders through pictures on Crackers. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti is an NGO working for religious awakening Hindus and educating Hindus about their Hindudharma. HJS is dedicated to form Bharat as Hindu Rashtra, the details can be viewed on www.hindujagruti.org. We are jointly making efforts to stop the denigration and pollution. We are giving appeal letters to Government Authorities, Police Authorities, Traders etc to stop the malpractices. However it is observed that there is a denigration of deities through advertisements of drama, cinema, crackers etc. Further it is observed that there is a large demand in India for Chinese crackers. In these crackers dangerous and banned chemicals like Potassium Chloride and Potassium per Chloride are used. Hence we have demanded Government authorities to put a ban on the import of Chinese crackers. This will benefit Indian manufactures and traders. Kindly acknowledge and inform us the steps taken to stop using deities pictures on the crackers. Thanking You, Yours truly, Shivaji Vatkar, Hindu Janjagruti Samiti |
