 • If ‘Gou-rakshaks’ have to do what police are supposed to do, where is the need for having such extravagant police machinery ? Suspend such apathetic police staff !

 • We need such ‘Gou-premis’ everywhere !

Nipani (Karnataka) : Pro-Hindu activists saved 46 cattle brought here for slaughtering. City police have registered case against Vikas Subhash Chandane, Prakashkumar Chaugule, Tayzim Aamir Hameeza Bepari (Res. Saravade) and Raja Mohammad Bepari (Res. Yamakanmardi). (Why doesn’t the BJP Government pass an Act banning cow-slaughter so as to avoid repetition of these type of incidents ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

The proHindu activists thrashed the drivers of the vehicles ferrying the cattle when they learned that the cattle were being transported to slaughter houses in Sankeshwar and Yamakanmardi. While releasing the cattle from the vehicles, it was observed that two were already dead; which added to the tension in the area. Police reached the place on being informed. Police had to take action against the 4 persons as pro-Hindu activists aggressively demanded their arrest.
