Kapileshwari, Kawale (Goa) : On 9th November, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held Hindu ‘Dharma-jagruti Sabha (sabha)’ on the ground of Kawale Gram Panchayat which was attended by about 1000 devout Hindus. A VCD on attack on Sanatan’s Ramnathi Ashram was also shown on the occasion. Sanatan seekers who faced the actual attack viz. Shri. Sagar Mhatre, Shri. Umesh Gauda, Shri. Suresh Kadam and Shri. Surjeet Mathur expressed their thoughts. Sou. Lata Dhavalikar of HJS guided on ‘the need for establishing Hindu Rashtra’.

Sarpanch of Kawale, Shri. Rajesh Kawalekar said, “Like Sanatan, even other organizations should create awareness amongst Hindus towards Dharma. Sanatan should explain the good work undertaken by them, to others as it is necessary for creation of Hindu Rashtra. Undoubtedly, this mission has God’s blessings; therefore, Sanatan could take such high leap.”

Shri. Rajesh Kawalekar said further, “It is the first time; I have got an opportunity to speak in a Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha and am very happy about it. Sanatan Sanstha took initiative in organizing this ‘sabha’. This organization is working for protection of Dharma and I am not at all scared to extend support to its activities. It is working for ‘Dharmaprasar’ (propagation of Dharma) within the limits of the Indian Constitution and as a Sarpanch, it is my duty to help in ‘prasar’. There is constant attack on temples in Goa; idols are broken but nobody raises voice against such incidents except Sanatan Sanstha. We should therefore support its activities. We grew up here, taking part in religious activities happening in temples in this area. I have seen the discipline observed by Sanatan’s seekers for the last 10 years. Nowhere else will you find discipline like Sanatan seekers. My supporters and I will always extend support to Sanatan.”

Opposition to Sanatan is only due to misunderstanding – Shri. Rajesh Kawalekar

“If I shirk from my duty of helping people who are engaged in protection of Hindu Dharma, I will be called impotent. Opposition to Sanatan is only out of misunderstanding. Till one does not visit the Asharm and see what is going on there, one has no right to say anything against them”, said Sarpanch Shri. Rajesh Kawalekar.

Prepare patrolling squads for protection of temples ! – Sou. Jyoti Dhavalikar, Sanatan Sanstha

There is increase in incidents of damaging idols, robberies in temples, demolition of only Hindu temples, in the name of widening of roads etc. happening all over the country.

It is therefore, necessary to prepare patrolling squads of devout local youth for protection of temples so as to put curb on such incidents.

The above appeal was made by Sanatan seeker, Sou. Jyoti Dhavalikar, who is the wife of State Public Works Minister, Shri. Sudin Dhavalikar.

Propagation of the concept of Hindu Rashtra is a right conferred by our Constitution ! – Sou. Lata Dhavalikar, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Sou. Lata Dhavalikar, an HJS activist and wife of Goa’s Co-operation Minister Shri. Deepak Dhavalikar said on the occasion that, “The so-called secular and anti-Hindu people start making noise whenever Hindu Rashtra words are uttered. Indian Constitution has been amended 97 times so far. If through one amendment, India can be declared as secular country, why can’t it be declared as Hindu Rashtra through another amendment ?”

She further stated, “the Constutution has given right to people for having own opinion and for its expression. As such, propagation of the concept of Hindu Rashtra is a religious, national and moral right conferred by Indian Constitution.”
